Manage WLP settings

The WLP setting allows the user to include or exclude job list entries when calculating the performance impact scores for each component. By default, the relevant entries are included in the performance impact score calculations.

About this task

For example, if there are jobs that are scheduled to create storage groups with a specified capacity and performance, this is considered for future calculations.

To manage WLP preferences:

Steps

  1. Select Settings icon to open the Settings panel.
  2. Select Preferences > Workload Planning.
  3. Optional: Clear the Include relevant entries in the Job List in Performance Impact Calculations checkbox.
    The checkbox is selected by default.
  4. Click Apply.
